Seiro Soba

タスマニアの蕎麦の実を自家製粉。毎日挽き立ての蕎麦粉で打った蕎麦を楽しめる店。
出汁に使う鰹節は、東京の老舗店から直輸入。蕎麦以外にもおつまみタパスメニュー($6~)が
豊富で、日本のお酒やビールも50種類以上を揃えている。年末限定で、お持ち帰り用年越し生蕎
麦セット$22(2人前・自家製つゆ付)を予約受付中。12月31日(火)に各店頭で受け取れる。

A store where you can enjoy soba noodles made from Tasmanian buckwheat flour freshly
milled daily on the premises. Apart from soba, we also offer a Japanese tapas menu (from $6)
as well as over 50 varieties of Japanese beer and sake for you to enjoy. This year-end, savour
our take-away “Toshikoshi Soba” at home. Eating soba at close to midnight on New Year’s
Eve is a well-practiced Japanese custom to wish for longevity and health. Pre-order our $22
take-away fresh Toshikoshi Soba set (serves two, dipping sauce included)for your pick-up at
both Shimbashi restaurants on 31st December.
