タスマニアの蕎麦の実を自家製粉。毎日挽き立ての蕎麦粉で打った蕎麦を楽しめる店。
It is the Japanese tradition to savour Toshikoshi Soba (year-crossing noodles) on New Year's Eve to wish for longevity and health.
Pre-order our Toshikoshi Soba Set by phone and pick it up at the Collingwood store to enjoy at home. Our soba is made from 100% Tasmanian buckwheat and is gluten free.
