タスマニアの蕎麦の実を自家製粉。毎日挽き立ての蕎麦粉で打った蕎麦を楽しめる店。
出汁に使う鰹節は、東京の老舗店から直輸入。日本のお酒やビールも50種類以上を揃えている。年末限定で、お持ち帰り用年越し生蕎麦セット$30（2人前･自家製つゆ付）を予約受付中。Collingwood店では、Premium Sushi Platter （にぎり15pcs・サーモン刺身 15pcs・ロール15pcs/$88）も併せてご注文可能。寿司飯には雑穀米を使用。12月31日（土）に店頭で受け取れる。

It is the Japanese tradition to savour Toshikoshi Soba (year-crossing noodles) on New Year's Eve to wish for longevity and health.
Pre-order our Toshikoshi Soba Set online and pick it up at the store to enjoy at home. Our soba is made from 100% Tasmanian buckwheat and gluten free.

You can also order Premium Sushi Platter [ Nigiri 15pcs・Salmon Sashimi 15pcs・Roll 15pcs/$88 ] from our Collingwood shop(only). Multigrain rice is used for sushi rice. Orders must be received before 5pm Thu 29 Dec.
You can only pick it up at the store where you placed your order on Sat 31 Dec.
