タスマニアの蕎麦の実を自家製粉。毎日挽き立ての蕎麦粉で打った蕎麦を楽しめる店。
出汁に使う鰹節は、東京の老舗店から直輸入。蕎麦以外にもおつまみタパスメニュー（$8～）が豊富で、日本のお酒やビールも50種類以上を揃えている。年末限定で、お持ち帰り用年越し生蕎麦セット$25（2人前･自家製つゆ付）を予約受付中。12月31日（金）に店頭で受け取れる。
It is the Japanese tradition to savour Toshikoshi Soba (year-crossing noodles) on New Year's Eve to wish for longevity and health. Pre-order our Toshikoshi Soba Set online and pick it up at the store to enjoy at home. Our soba is made from 100% Tasmanian buckwheat and gluten free.
