勤務地: South Yarra, Melbourne
雇用形態: パートタイム（水〜日のディナータイム）
給与: 時給 $29.50〜 + チップ（別途ペナルティレート適用）
※経験・能力を考慮の上、給与査定(Review)を行います。
開始時期: 即日（応相談）

ファインダイニングまたは日本食レストランでの豊富な経験をお持ちの方
リーダーシップがあり、フロア業務の管理ができる方
日本酒およびアルコール類全般の知識をお持ちの方
有効な RSA 保持者およびオーストラリアでの就労権利をお持ちの方

AOI TSUKI is a premium Japanese Omakase restaurant located in the heart of South Yarra. We are seeking a professional and experienced Senior FOH or Supervisor to join our elite team.

- Job Details
Location: South Yarra, Melbourne
Type: Part-time (Wednesday – Sunday, Evening shifts)
Rate: Starting from $29.50/hour + Tips (Penalty rates apply)
Salary review based on experience and performance
Start Date: Immediate (Negotiable)

- Requirements
Significant experience in fine dining or Japanese cuisine.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage floor operations.
Extensive knowledge of Sake and beverages.
Valid RSA and full Australian work rights.
