Looking for a friendly, warm housemate to share a charming vintage-style townhouse.
The place has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a lovely garden, and is conveniently located near trams, buses, parks, an organic grocer, and the post office.
The available room is comfy with natural light, furnished and with built-in wardrobes. I’m a busy professional/student, and I’m looking for someone who is also respectful of shared space. Must be dog- friendly—there’s a clean, friendly dog living here too.
Rent: $330/week (all bills included).
