I have a girls own room in house Carnegie, it's a quiet, safe, and comfortable neighborhood.
Rent: $225 per week (utilities included) .
Move-in date: November 13th (doesn't have to be the exact date).
Bond: 1 week's rent (refunded upon move-out).
Key deposit: $20 (refunded upon move-out).
Public transport is convenient, with the CBD about a 30-minute train ride away. There's a bus stop and tram stop for tram 67 right in front of the house. Carnegie Station is a 12-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away. There are plenty of restaurants around the station, as well as supermarkets like Woolworths and Aldi, and Chadstone Shopping Centre.
The girls have their own bathroom, and there's an outdoor washing machine with area for hanging clothes outside. The room is spacious and fully furnished (bed, desk, shelves, mirror, hangers, etc.).
Since both Australian and Japanese residents live here, it's perfect for those who want to speak English or live comfortably in Japanese. ^^
