We are looking for an experienced Yakiniku Butcher / Chef /Sushi Cook /Waiting staff to join our team.
Requirements:
- Experience in preparing and portioning beef for Yakiniku
- Able to accurately portion different cuts of meat to the correct size and thickness
- Strong understanding of different beef cuts in both English and Japanese
- Able to identify and explain different cuts of beef
- Good knife skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Japanese Yakiniku-style preparation preferred
- Reliable, clean and able to work as part of a team
