Notice to Classified Users

We have identified multiple cases where emails sent to Microsoft (MSN) email addresses are not being delivered properly due to spam filtering measures on the Microsoft side.

This applies to all MSN-related email addresses, including but not limited to @hotmail.com, @hotmail.co.jp, @outlook.com, @live.com, and other Microsoft-managed domains.

Please note that this is not an issue on the sender’s side. The delivery failure is caused by restrictions and filtering within the recipient’s email system.

In some instances, emails are not delivered at all and may not appear even in the spam or junk folder.

To ensure smooth and reliable communication, we kindly recommend using a non-Microsoft email address whenever possible.

If your account is currently registered with any MSN-related email address, we strongly encourage you to update your registered email address to an alternative provider.
