創業1３年、現在営業するカールトンでは7年目になります。季節の地元や日本の食材を使ったTasting Menu、そしてビクトリアとフランスのワインにフォーカスしたワインリストを提供しています。

Applicants, who have experiences in fine dining restaurants, who have applicable qualifications / awards as a chef, who already has worked professionally in the restaurant industry, and who is passionate about working in the restaurant industry will be considered first.

Working with Kazuki's

We are looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our frindly, caring and passionate team. To be considered for one of these roles, you will have a proven experience in a similar role, positive mindset, a great people skill, a willingness to learn and grow, a clear and professional approach to managing and developing staff and an interest in working with Kazuki's cuisine and service style.

 

Applicants are required to have the following rights, skills and experiences.
-Applicants must be able to work legally in Australia.

-Applicants must have sufficient English skills to communicate well with other team members and suppliers.
-Applicants for an assistant sommelier / senior waitstaff position also must have sufficient English skills to commenicate with our customers in person and over the phone.

-Applicants must have experience in restaurant service and proven skill sets. Experience in fine dining service is an advantage.

Employment options

Please note that this position can be full time (approx. 38 hours over 5 days from Wednesday to Sunday) or part-time (days & hours are negotiable) or casual basis.
