初めまして。現在大学の助産師科に通う、かなこと申します。カリキュラムの一環としてContinuity of Care Experienceというプログラムがあり、そちらにご参加いただける妊婦さんを募集しています。

Continuity of Care Experienceとは？
Continuity of Care Experienceとは、妊娠中から出産、産後まで助産師学生が助産師の指導の下、妊婦さんをサポートさせていただくプログラムです。妊娠中の診察４回、出産（許可を頂ける場合）、産後の診察２回に立ち会わせていただきます。料金は発生いたしません。プログラムを通して、妊婦さんと強い信頼関係を築くためのコミュニケーションや助産師として必要な技術を学ばせていただけたらと思います。

Hi. My name is Kanako and I am a student midwife studying my Bachelor of Midwifery in Melbourne.

What is Continuity of Care Experience?
The Continuity of Care Experience (CoCE) is a program that allows student midwives to support women through pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period. The CoCE program is free of charge and completely voluntary.

What is involved?
This would involve me attending:
4 antenatal appointments
Labour/birth (if you are comfortable)
2 postnatal appointments
