Fulltime Sales Representative *probationary period between 3 to 6 months

RequirementEssentials
・Valid Australian full driver's license
・Unrestricted right to work in Australia

Key Responsibilities
・Answer customer inquiries via phone, emaik, and in-person
・Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
・Manage from end to end, all customer product issues
・Communicate regulary with customers regarding the progress of their orders
・Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
・Promoting and selling our company's goods and services
・Acquiring and updationg knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
・Visiting clients and retail outlets to establish selling opportunities
・Quoting prices and credit terms, recording orders and arranging deliveries
・Following up clients and ensuring satisfaction with goods and services and resolving any problems
・Money/cheque collection and follow up the outstanding of your customer's accounts
・Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
・Build strong relationships with internal and external shareholders
・Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
・Contributing to the ongoing continuous improvement of JFC Australia's service and processes
・Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
