The job:
Duties and responsibilities:
• Take charge of the day to day operations of the store
• Lead and manage a team
• Maintain and set up the store
• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s
• Stock management
• Preparation of rosters
• Sell great products that are well known on the international market

The candidate
Skills and experience
• Previous retail sales experience
• Supportive team manager with strong ability to motivate and empower your team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Passion for selling international brands
• Computer literate
• Strong coordination and problem solving skills
• Ability to set rosters and assess staffing levels
• Several years experience in a multi range store
• Possess uncompromising level of customer service
• Passion for quality and environmentally friendly products
