Import Export/ Production Assistant

Working closely with the production team, you will be responsible for the day to day activities associated with product delivery and movement, transport arrangements, coordination of production materials and inventory control.

This role will offer you a wide variety of responsibilities as you liaise with national and international suppliers, freight forwarders and clients; schedule and co-ordinate shipping containers, prepare documentation, monitor stock control, movement and stock takes, receipt and despatch of materials and more.

Essentially you will have had extensive experience with inventory control, warehouse and logistics operations experience and have a good understanding of SAP and an inventory control software package. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills required.

If you have experience with material, inventory control administration and understand warehousing concepts this is an excellent position to utilise your skills and be recognised and rewarded for your input.
