This role will focus on five major components:
Translation/Interpretation between English and Japanese
Supply chain/logistics
Product planning and scheduling
Production/Manufacturing/Printing scheduling
Product classifications
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
•Manage/Maintain multiple product schedules
•Liaise with overseas and local key stakeholders
•Report preparation in both English and Japanese
•Assist in the product classification process
•Prepare product and part codes, product assemblies
•Customer service and relationship development with key vendors
•Process purchase orders and invoices
Experience:
Fluent English and Japanese language skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Microsoft suite experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must be a self starter
Highly organized
Ability to work well with colleagues in a team environment team focused
Ability to work in a fun and interactive working environment
Supply chain/logistics/international trade experience
