Our client offers a unique opportunity for an Expatriate Administration Assistant wanting to utilise Japanese language skills and take on a range of responsibilities supporting Managers.

The key focus of this role is to be able to support the team with a variety of responsibilities; processing day to day expense payments, data entry, general administration and assisting expatriates’ requirements for the business.

There is a definite expectation that you will have a clear understanding of the Japanese culture and have exceptional written and spoken Japanese and English language skills along with advanced Word, Excel and Outlook skills and must have experience using SAP system. Accounting background would be advantage for this role.

You will need to be of strong character, display empathy, have initiative and be able to take on a pro-active approach to work. You are required to be a great team player with excellent communication skills.

Permanent visa status will be essential for this role.
