弊社では、弊社ウェブサイトご登録のユーザー様に、毎月Dengon Net本誌発行日にニュースレター
を配信しております。2017年9月1日、9月号発行日に定例のニュースレターを配信致しましたが、
サーバーの不具合により、一部のユーザー様は2週間程遅延で受信されております。
ニュースレターには、お知らせやプレゼント応募方法の記載がございましたが、一部のユーザー様には、
応募期間内にご覧いただくことができませんでした。

ここにお詫びをするとともに、次回10月号の発行時には遅れることのないよう、改善を進めます。

Notification and apology from Dengon Net

To all our readers,

Every month, on the same day we distribute our printed newspaper, we send out an electronic newsletter to those who have registered via our website. On September 1, 2017, concurrently with the September issue, we sent this newsletter out as normal, but due to server trouble, a certain number of our users did not receive their copies until approximately two weeks later. Due to the fact the newsletter contained time-critical notifications, as well as advice on how to enter competitions, this group of users were unable to either view the notifications, or enter the competitions in time.

As a result, we would like to apologise to all those affected, and promise that we are working to ensure this does not happen again.

We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your continued support.
